Paper Submission

Submission Guidelines

  • The original unpublished manuscripts having a maximum length of 6 pages related to the conference theme are invited.
  • Papers must follow the IEEE template (not exceeding 6 pages) including author details, figures, and references.
  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review and are evaluated for originality, significance, and quality.
  • At least one author of an accepted paper must register and present the paper.
  • IEEE anti-plagiarism policy is strictly enforced. Copyright permission logs are required wherever applicable.
  • Additional pages beyond the prescribed limit will incur extra charges.
  • Papers must be submitted online through the Microsoft CMT portal.

Submission Format

Authors must follow the IEEE formatting guidelines. Papers should be prepared using the IEEE Conference Template and must not exceed six pages, including figures, tables, and references.

Each submitted paper will receive at least three independent reviews. At least one author of every accepted paper must complete registration before the early registration deadline and present the paper during the conference.
